Q: What area do you service?
A: We service the greater Sydney area. If in doubt, please give s a call.
Q: Do you offer outdoors cleaning?
A: In some areas we do, but most places we don't. Please contact us to find out.
Q: Are you fully insured?
A: Yes we are.
Q: Do I have to be home when the cleaner comes?
A: It depends
Most of our customers prefer to be at present at the time of cleaning especially at the first clean. Regular, weekly or forthnightly customers however often leave the keys with the regular trusted cleaner. It is entirely up to you.
Q: How many hours will it take to clean my home?
A: It depends on the size of your house and what condition it is in.
It can be as quick as two hours for a small unit, but most commonly an average house is between 2-4 hours for two cleaners on a regular clean or 4-8 hours for two cleaners as a one-off clean.
